Terms of Service

You agree to use My3chos only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:

• —Use any Echo for impersonation, fraud, harassment, defamation, or any attempt to deceive a third party into believing they are communicating with the actual person an Echo represents.
• —Upload, submit, or generate content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract model weights, voice models, or source data from the platform.
• —Use the Service for commercial resale or to build competing products without our express written consent.
• —Create an Echo of any living person without that person’s explicit consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Deceased-person creation, contributor enrollment, artifact submission, and checkout are not available in the current pilot. Any related public agreement or demonstration is a non-operative draft or simulated concept unless MyEcho expressly announces a reviewed future offering.

Current beta access: Approved beta accounts may create one time-bounded living-person Written Echo at no charge. No credit card is required. Paid plans, Voice, avatar, and deceased-person creation are paused.

No automatic billing: The free beta does not enroll you in a paid or recurring plan. Any later paid offer requires separate, clear disclosure and your affirmative agreement.

Privacy and data requests: The product does not currently provide a complete self-service account export, account deletion, or consent-withdrawal workflow. Email contact@my3chos.com to submit a request. Requests are reviewed and handled according to applicable law and approved policy; these Terms do not promise a fixed completion date or automatic deletion of backups, derived data, models, or audit records.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyEcho LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

• —Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
• —Any damages arising from reliance on Echo responses, which are AI-generated and not guaranteed to be accurate.
• —Data loss resulting from beta expiration or technical failures, beyond any preservation obligations required by applicable law.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your content: You retain ownership of all materials you upload (interview responses, photos, documents, audio). By submitting content, you grant MyEcho LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of operating your Echo.

Our platform: The My3chos platform, ZH verification system, software, design, and brand are owned by MyEcho LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By you: You may stop using the beta at any time. To request account access, correction, export, consent withdrawal, or deletion, use the contact process in Section 5.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination for cause, we are not obligated to preserve your data beyond any applicable legal requirement.

Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination of these Terms.
